n 1988, USAFOOTBALL.COM commenced conducting national polls for NCAA Division III football. Staff members had pre-season previews published in national sports magazines and became voting members of national player awards at the NCAA Division I-A level as well as the Gagliardi Trophy and Melberger Award for Division III standouts. USAFOOTBALL.COM sponsored the first-ever and only NCAA-certified college football championship doubleheader in East Orange, NJ on November 23, 1996. Participating in the ECAC Division III Southeast and Southwest Championships were Franklin & Marshall College, Frostberg State University, the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Wilkes University. On December 22, 1996, the firm promoted the first-ever NCAA Division III Senior All-Star football game with the Inaugural Holiday Classic pitting the Metropolitan New York All Stars against the Philadelphia Area All Stars. In future years, NCAA Division III senior All- Star games were played in Paterson, NJ, Fayetteville, NC and Shreveport, LA paving the way for the NCAA-sanctioned Aztec Bowl. With the start of the 2011-1012 academic year, USACOLLEGEFIELDHOCKEY.COM will release its inaugural pre-season All-American plans while interns focusing on event planning careers in the Sport Industry are developing a business plan that will be implremented to produce a post-season senior All-Star event. USACOLLEGESOCCER.COM will publish its pre-season All-American selections and establish the 3rd Annual Senior All-Star matches. USACOLLEGEFOOTBALL.ORG will introduce its pre-season All-American teams, offer regular season polls and Players of the Week as wekk as post-season All-American teams. A business plan to produce the Inaugual NCAA FCS (I-AA) Senior All-Star Game has been developed while look for a re-birth of the original USA Football Holiday Classic at the D-II and D-III levels.
USA College Sports, Inc. has established the USA College Cup commencing with the 2011-2012 academic year. There will be ten (10) awards presented to honor NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA men and women's intercollegiate programs predicated upon excellence in academics, athletics and community service. Nominations for the awards will be made by the college presidents with supporting materials submitted by the director of athletics and sports informaton directors. After the USA College Sports' Executive Board narrows the field to 10 in each of the 10 categories, a national selection committee will rank the candidates 1 to 10 and cast their votes. The institution with the highest vote total in each category will be award a USA College Cup.
